Happy Birthday to Jean Anthelme Brillat de Savarin, a man after my own gut. He was graced posthumously with the above, and can you think of a better honor?
The way to a man’s heart is through his stomach, and Brillat de Savarin knew this oh so well. He shared his love of culinary delights with the world in his books, essentially inventing food writing. If you look closely at his gravestone, you’ll see we have something else in common.
